Question 1

How long does it take to get set up?

Accepted Answer

Most of our systems are up and running within 7-10 business days. We handle all the technical heavy lifting, integrations, and testing before we go live.

Question 2

Do I need to change my current software?

Accepted Answer

No. Our AI infrastructure is designed to integrate with most major CRMs and scheduling tools used by local businesses. We act as the communication layer on top of your existing tools.

Question 3

What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?

Accepted Answer

Our AI is trained on your specific business data. If it encounters a complex question it hasn't been trained on, it gracefully passes the conversation to a human team member or takes a message.

Question 4

Is this just a chatbot?

Accepted Answer

No. Chatbots are rigid and frustrating. We use conversational AI that understands context, intent, and nuance. It can text, call, and message across multiple channels just like a human assistant.

Question 5

How do you handle missed calls?

Accepted Answer

When a call is missed, our system instantly sends a text message to the caller (e.g., 'Hi, this is Gravity Funnels. We're on the other line. How can we help?'). This intercepts the lead before they call a competitor.

Question 6

What is Gravity Funnels?

Accepted Answer

Gravity Funnels is an AI agency and growth infrastructure partner for local businesses. Instead of handing you another software login, we build and manage custom AI systems that capture, convert, and book more customers for you, so every lead gets answered, followed up, and booked automatically while you run your business.

Question 7

How is Gravity Funnels different from a regular marketing agency?

Accepted Answer

Most agencies sell you leads or a software tool and leave you to figure it out. We build and run the entire system for you, and we capture before we generate, because we don't run ads into a leaky bucket. You get a partner who owns the outcome, not a vendor who hands you a login.

Question 8

Do I need any technical skills to use this?

Accepted Answer

No. We handle the setup, the integrations, and the ongoing management. There's nothing for you to build or maintain. You watch the booked appointments land on your calendar.

Question 9

What does your AI infrastructure actually do?

Accepted Answer

It answers every call, text, and message the moment it comes in, 24/7, qualifies the lead, books the appointment on your calendar, follows up with leads until they book or say no, and requests reviews after each job. It handles the front-office work so nothing slips through while you're busy.

Question 10

What's the difference between the Lead Rescue System and the Demand Engine?

Accepted Answer

The Lead Rescue System is for businesses that already get leads but lose them to missed calls, slow replies, and no follow-up; it plugs those leaks. The Demand Engine is for businesses that need more leads; it generates them with AI-powered Google and Meta ads, with the capture system built in so no lead is wasted.

Question 11

Which one is right for my business, the Lead Rescue System or the Demand Engine?

Accepted Answer

If you're getting inquiries but losing them, you need the Lead Rescue System. If your phone isn't ringing enough, you need the Demand Engine. If you're not sure, book a free growth audit and we'll diagnose which one fits in about 30 minutes.

Question 12

Can the AI answer live phone calls, or only texts?

Accepted Answer

Both. Our Voice AI answers live phone calls in a natural-sounding voice, qualifies the caller, and books the appointment. Our conversational AI handles text, website chat, Facebook, and Instagram. Together they cover every way a customer reaches you.

Question 13

What channels does the AI work across?

Accepted Answer

Phone calls, SMS, website chat, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram, all handled from one system so no message sits unanswered.

Question 14

Does it really work 24/7?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The AI answers nights, weekends, holidays, and during your busiest rushes, so after-hours and overflow leads get captured instead of rolling to voicemail.

Question 15

How does the AI book appointments?

Accepted Answer

It connects to your calendar, asks the qualifying questions your business needs, checks your availability, and books the appointment directly, so the conversation ends with a booked time instead of a callback promise.

Question 16

Will my customers be able to tell they're talking to AI?

Accepted Answer

The AI sounds natural and conversational. Some customers may realize it's AI and most won't, but either way it helps them right away and always offers a real person when the conversation calls for one. We don't try to trick anyone, we just make sure every customer gets answered fast.

Question 17

Can I customize how the AI sounds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The AI is trained on your business and speaks in your brand's voice and tone, using your services, your common questions, and your booking process, so it sounds like your business, not a generic script.

Question 18

Can a customer always reach a real person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The AI handles routine calls and messages and hands off to your team whenever a conversation needs a human. It's built to support your people, not replace them.

Question 19

Will this replace my front desk or my staff?

Accepted Answer

No. It takes the calls and messages your team can't get to, the after-hours ones, the overflow, and the repetitive questions, so your people can focus on high-value conversations and the work in front of them.

Question 20

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

We don't publish set pricing, because the right setup depends on your business and what you actually need. We cover cost during your free growth audit, and if we both agree we're a good fit, that's when we walk through the numbers together. It's a conversation, not a one-size-fits-all price tag.

Question 21

Is there a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No long lock-in. Plans run on a short initial term and then continue month to month. If it isn't working for you, you're not trapped.

Question 22

Do you offer a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Within 60 days, your dashboard shows you appointments the system booked that you would have otherwise missed. If it doesn't, we keep working for free until it does, or you can walk away.

Question 23

How quickly will I see results?

Accepted Answer

After-hours coverage typically goes live within about 14 days, so the biggest leak closes fast. From there, your dashboard shows the booked appointments the system is capturing for you.

Question 24

What kind of results can I expect?

Accepted Answer

Every call and message answered fast, fewer leads lost to voicemail, and more booked appointments from the leads you already get. We report the real numbers on your dashboard and review them with you, rather than promising inflated figures.

Question 25

Is my business and customer data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is handled securely within our platform. For regulated industries like healthcare, we keep the AI focused on front-office tasks and work with you to meet the applicable privacy requirements.

Question 26

What types of businesses do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Local, service-based businesses. That includes home services like HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, and restoration, as well as clinics, chiropractors, and other appointment-driven local businesses.

Question 27

What is the Free Growth Audit?

Accepted Answer

It's a free 30-minute call where we find where you're losing leads, do the missed-call math with your real numbers, let you hear the AI in action, and recommend the right system for your business. No pitch, no obligation.

Question 28

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Book a free growth audit. We'll show you what your leads are worth, where they're leaking, and how the system fixes it, then you decide from there.
